2024/25 Teacher and Employee of the Year Award Ceremony
The Teacher and Employees of the Year Annual Luncheon was on Tuesday March 19th. Congratulations to the teacher of the year at each school and to the classified staff of the year award winners. Steven Emory of E.B. Aycock Middle School is the 2024-25 Pitt County Schools Teacher of the Year Runner-Up and Rachel Candaso of Wellcome Middle School is the 2024-25 Pitt County Schools Teacher of the Year.
2024 PPS-PC Spring School Tour Series and Community Conversations
During the 2024 Spring School Tour Series over 250 individuals attended 27 tours at 24 schools. Thank you to Pitt County Schools for partnering with PPS-PC to provide tours for families and community members to tour schools.
Community Conversations are ongoing. So far there have been 9 in person Community Conversations with three additional in person conversations scheduled. Upcoming conversations include April 3 at Grifton School, April 4th at Pactolus School and April 8th at Belvoir Elementary. Anyone who is not able to attend an in person Community Conversation is encouraged to participate in the conversation by completing the google form. The google form will be open until April 10th.
