Kimberly Gaskins: MSW Intern
Kimberly Gaskins is currently an East Carolina University graduate student obtaining her Master’s in Social Work. Kimberly will graduate in May of 2020 and will be with PPS-PC until April 2020. A unique fact about Kimberly is that she has a younger sister attending the PCS Early College at Pitt Community College, and she herself is a J.H. Rose High School graduate. When she is not working with PPS, she enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her Everyday Nation Campus Friends, holding her dog in the air like Simba, baking, reading, and writing. Kimberly is looking forward to working with and meeting the parents and community members who make Parents for Public Schools so great! Welcome Kimberly!

Alex Foutz: Marketing Intern
Alex Foutz is a junior at East Carolina University studying Business Marketing with a minor in Natural Sciences. Alex wanted to devote her time to PPS-PC because she is passionate about advocating for public schools, something she inherited from her mother, a school psychologist. Alex plans to apply her marketing knowledge and skills and gain experience in social media while interning with PPS-PC. She hopes to learn more about how marketing/communications works in a professional environment outside of the classroom. When away from her internship, Alex can be found volunteering with her sorority (Tri Sigma), taking road trips to watch her brother play football, or exercising. We are looking forward to a great year with you, Alex!

Madison McRorie: Communications Intern
Madison McRorie is a senior at East Carolina University studying Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. She will graduate this December and is looking forward to starting her career in the PR field. Madison is very excited to intern with PPS-PC and be involved with the larger Greenville community. She wants to use her communication and writing skills in hopes of helping the students and parents involved with PPS-PC. When Madison is not interning with PPS she is usually working out, cooking dinner with her roommates, or just spending quality time with her family and friends! Welcome, Madison!
