2025 Spring School Tour Series Update –
During the first four weeks of the 2025 Spring School Tour Series, 18 schools hosted a total of 19 school tours including over 200 tour participants. During the last two weeks of the school tour series 15 additional tours are scheduled with over 160 people currently signed up to attend those tours.

PPS-PC/ Team Boneyard Partnership School Visits –
Since the start of the 2024-2025 school year, ECU student athletes from Football, Men’s Basketball and Baseball have made 165 school visits at eight Pitt County Schools. These visits have made meaningful connections between the athletes and students and staff at Pitt County Schools.
PCS The Road Ahead: A Collective Community Listening Tour –
Dr. Lassiter, Superintendent of Pitt County Schools, along with senior district staff are hosting listening tour sessions in each of the PCS high school attendance areas. So far listening sessions have occurred in the Ayden-Grifton High School, North Pitt High School and D.H. Conley High School attendance areas. Upcoming listening tour sessions are scheduled for the South Central High School attendance area on February 27th and for the J.H. Rose High School attendance area on March 25th and Farmville Central High School attendance area on April 8th. Listening sessions are held at the high school and start at 6:00 pm.
