In addition to his commitment to social work, Rushil is deeply dedicated to representing students and advancing the needs of higher education. He plays an active role in the Student Government Association at East Carolina University, where he serves as the Speaker of the Student Assembly, ensuring that student voices are elevated and reflected in campus decision-making.
Beyond ECU, Rushil extends his advocacy to the state level through the University of North Carolina Association of Student Governments, where he serves as Chief of Staff and works collaboratively with student leaders across the UNC system to influence policies that directly affect students.
