Each fall PPS-PC, in partnership with Pitt County Schools, hosts the Community Leader School Tour Series. PPS-PC would like to thank the 2024 Sponsor, Meridian Park, for helping make the tour series possible. This tour series is designed to introduce community leaders to Pitt County Schools so that they can learn more about what is happening in Pitt County Schools, helping them to be informed as they interact with families who may have questions about public schools in Pitt County. The tour series includes 5 schools annually – a traditional elementary, middle and high school as well as a K8 school and one of the Early Colleges or Sadie Salter Pre K Center. Community leaders including elected officials, faith leaders, realtors, bankers, medical professionals, and anyone else who regularly connects with families are encouraged to attend one or more tours. Tours typically last approximately 1 hour.

Community Leaders interested in attending any of this year’s tours can RSVP by emailing jbreazeale@ppspittcounty.org.
